Kevin S. Carlie is a Senior Member of Stone Carlie, an integrated management Services Company comprised of four independent businesses, which provide financial services to the management of middle-market companies.

Stone Carlie & Company, L.L.C., one of the largest CPA firms in the region, is a full service accounting firm providing a variety of services including accounting, auditing, tax compliance, tax planning, and consulting. Consulting services include profit enhancement, expert witness testimony, accounting systems design and implementation, and other consulting services.

Kevin has co-founded Stone Carlie Wealth Advisors, L.L.C., which provides investment management and wealth advisory strategies to high net worth individuals, Stone Carlie Corporate Finance, L.L.C. which provides merger, acquisition, divestiture and corporate finance services to middle market companies and their owners and Stone Carlie Wealth Services, L.L.C, which provides insurance services to executives and high net worth individuals.

As a member of the firm's Financial Services Group, Mr. Carlie provides services in many types of litigation and valuation matters, including business valuations, business interruption claims, business and personal damage calculations, fraud investigations, domestic relations cases and other matters. As a consultant to lawyers and their clients, he is often called upon to testify, and has been accepted as, an expert witness in various state and federal courts.

Kevin is active in numerous professional, businesses, civic, and charitable organizations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of KV Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. and chairs the audit committee of the company. He served as the second president of the St. Louis Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) and is currently a member of the World Presidents Organization (WPO) after having recently graduated from Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He has also served as treasurer to Temple Israel, one of the largest congregations in the St. Louis area, and was responsible for overseeing all financial matters of the Temple. Kevin has also served as president of the National Litigation Support Services Association, an association of CPA firms across the country, which provide expert witness services to the legal community. Kevin is also one of the charter members and served as the first president (1999-2008) of the Association of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA).

Kevin is a frequent speaker and has addressed numerous organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Business Institute, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the St. Louis County Bar Association, the Missouri Society of CPAs, the University of Missouri - School of Law, the Missouri Association of Tax Practitioners, the International Group of Accounting Firms, the Virginia Bar Foundation, and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
