Richard T. Sullivan, Jr., joined McBride & Son in 1973 as property manager and was named Vice President in 1976. He joined the accounting firm of Rubin, Brown, Gornstein & Co., LLP for two years and, in late 1978, rejoined McBride & Son.
He has stimulated the incredible growth of McBride & Son over the last several years, expanding the firm's reputation for quality residential neighborhoods and as a provider of quality carpentry, foundations, flatwork, roofing, and drywall to contractors and developers throughout the Midwest. He has been instrumental in the company's expansion to Atlanta, Chicago, Kansas City and Louisville.
Sullivan was graduated from Rockhurst University in 1973, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He earned his CPA Certification in 1978.
