Mandy Berry, Office Manager

Mandy began her Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis life on the construction site as a volunteer in 2009. She currently serves on the Family Selection Committee as a volunteer and also contributes her vocal stylings with her band, The Mattison Avenue Trio, to several yearly Habitat events. 2011 was the year she struck it rich and landed a full-time position with Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis.
Dan Cierpiot, Director of Operations

Dan joined HFHSL in November of 2008 after serving as Executive Director of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America - St. Louis Chapter. Prior to his work with AAFA, Dan was a practicing attorney and represented clients in various types of corporate and commercial matters. Dan oversees various aspects of our organization including financial management, real estate development, family support activities, the ReStore, and the office support staff.
Amanda Gastreich, Volunteer Services Manager

Amanda joined Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis in August of 2012 as Volunteer Services Manager. She previously worked as Events Coordinator at the YWCA Metro St. Louis where she coordinated volunteers and fundraising events. A native St. Louisan, Amanda has also spent time abroad in Ghana where she interned at Habitat for Humanity Accra. She is excited to be a part of HFHSL and looks forward to sharing Habitat's mission and vision to area volunteers, especially businesses, religious organizations, and civic groups looking to get more involved in the community.
Katie Harder, Resource Development Manager

Katie has a background in both non-profit fundraising and residential real estate, making her a natural fit for the Resource Development Manager position. She is an alumna of Washington University in Saint Louis, receiving a BA in 2001 and a Master of Liberal Arts degree in 2010. Her previous non-profit professional experiences include working in Alumni and Development at Washington University as well as serving as Associate Director of Development at Shakespeare Festival St. Louis. She joined Habitat in July 2011 as the Development Relationship Associate and was promoted to Resource Development Manager in September 2011.
Kyle Hunsberger, Director of Construction

For over two years, Kyle was a full time volunteer with Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis through the Mennonite Volunteer Service Program. When his term expired, he left HFHSL to work in the private sector but returned to Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis in March 2000 as a full-time Site Coordinator. Kyle was promoted to Construction Manager in November 2000 and now serves Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis as Director of Construction.
Anna Keith, Marketing and Communications Manager

Anna first joined Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis in September 2009 as the Marketing and Communications Associate and was promoted to her current position in January 2012. Anna spends her days working on fun stuff like planning affiliate events, updating social media and this website, and creating brochures and flyers.
Avis McHugh, Director of Family Services

Avis joined Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis in October 2000 as the Family Support Coordinator. Her background is in social services. Prior to joining HFHSL, Avis worked as a social worker for homeless shelters, residential treatment centers, and the educational system.
Kimberly McKinney, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis for over a decade, Kimberly is responsible for the overall operation of the St. Louis affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Kimberly's primary duties include board recruitment and development, strategic planning, community relations, and advocacy. Kimberly initially began as Development Director with Habitat for Humanity in 1997 and was promoted to CEO in 1999.
Paul Meier, Real Estate Development Manager

Paul joined Habitat in August of 2011 after working four years at the St. Louis Development Corporation. From this position, he learned important aspects of development by focusing on tax incentives such as tax abatement and tax increment financing. Paul focuses on locating potential areas in St. Louis City and County for HFHSL to build and develop new communities.
Amy Rush, Finance Manager

After Graduating from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a degree in Accounting in 1994, Amy spent the next 14 years of progressive employment starting by managing the day to day operations and finances within several divisions of the McBride and Son Family of Companies. Amy then broadened her background by joining the Energy Efficiency movement and became a Program Manager for multiple AmerenUE Residential Energy Efficiency Programs. Amy joined Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis as the Finance Manager in January 2010.
Josh Vaughn, ReStore General Manager

Josh joined Habitat in September 2009 as a ReStore Associate. Over the next two years, he held several positions in the ReStore including Deconstruction Team Leader, Store Operations Supervisor, and Assistant Manager. In September of 2011, he was promoted to Store Manager for the Forest Park location. In March of 2013, Josh was promoted to ReStore General Manager.
Jacinta Witherspoon, Director of Resource Development

Jacinta joined HFHSL in April 2006. During her tenure, she has held positions as the Resource Associate and Volunteer Services Manager. In February 2012, she was promoted to the Director of Resource Development. In her current role, she is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the marketing, fundraising, and volunteer services departments. Jacinta has a background in non-profit management and leadership, organizational change management, program, policy, and process development and implementation, community outreach/engagement, and human resource development. She holds a BS in Business Administration and a MA in Management in Leadership.
