In-kind Donations
In-kind Donations Partnership Program
Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis receives many of the materials and services needed to build our houses as in-kind donations. We have developed our In-kind Donations Partnership Program to expand our local partnerships and to ensure that they are mutually beneficial. Donations of materials and services are very advantageous to us as they greatly reduce our construction costs and improve our cash flow. They also help us to reduce our bottom line so that we can have a greater impact on our community. Please see the Overview of the Program for more information. In addition to in-kind donations needed to build each house, we also benefit from donations that would help us reduce our general build site or programmatic costs. Please view a list of our needs below.

Please note that materials and installation needs for each house change from year to year as our build plans change. Above is a general description of the materials and services needed. In addition, if you have specific materials that you would like to donate but they don't meet our specifications above, such as surplus materials, they may be eligible to be donated to our ReStore where we will resell the items. All proceeds of sales in the ReStore go directly back into building our homes. See if your donation is more appropriate for the ReStore.
