Many Crew Leaders have asked about the qualifications needed to become a House Leader. There are not a discrete set of qualifications. It is more about growing into an awareness of all that the role of House Leader includes. In order to answer this question, the Leading Edge Committee has produced the first version of the House Leader Role Description (3.24MB .doc). The people who can make the best job of continually improving this document are the current House Leaders and the Construction Staff. If you have comments that could be used to enhance this House Leader Role Description, please contact a member of the Leading Edge Committee or email comments to kent@habitatstl.org.
