Online photo album
Our partnership with MyCapture.com lets us easily share images of the on-going progress of the builds and our special events such as the Golf Tournament, Harvest Homecoming and the Holiday Party for homeowners. You can send links to your favorite shots to friends and family to share with them some of the special times you've had. You also can order prints of your favorite shots (from wallet size to 20"x30"), postcards, mugs, ceramic tiles, and T-shirts. We've also assembled a few of our favorite shots into compositions suitable for posters or other merchandise for your office or organization. Want something special to offer your group to honor their support, remind them of fond memories and raise more funds? Talk to us about group orders and custom designs!
When I am wandering around our build site, I often see many other cameras besides my own. That's great, especially when someone lets us know about their website where additional photos of their organization can be found. If you've got a website, be sure to let us know and we'll add a link to your site to our group of links to friends. If you'd like to contribute your photos to our collection, just let us know and we'll give you access to enable you to upload images of your building activities, special events, or even just grinning faces (you can add captions, too!). Unigroup has already started doing this, documenting their collaboration with WashU Build.
Partner Special Events
Doing a biking event or run, BBQ, golf tournament, car wash, Elvis night...? Let us know! We'll be glad to include your event on our calendar and help you share your pictures and reflections afterwards. We also have a considerable number of personal and family events such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, memorials and other special honors that you've turned into ways to create visibility and contributions to Habitat. We know that this happens because we've become a special part of your lives. While we recognize these tributes in print and on the web, we often don't have access to the stories and memories behind the scenes. We'd be glad to share these things-they often are a great encouragement and inspiration to others!
