How to Volunteer

Individual Volunteers must attend our orientation, scheduled every two or three months, and must sign up to be on our rotating Saturday work schedule. Group Volunteers must sign a worksheet to schedule a workday well in advance with the volunteer coordinator. To work on a house each workday, become a Sponsoring Volunteer by having your organization sponsor a house! Volunteer tasks can vary on site and off. All tasks on site are equally important and are assigned daily on an as-needed basis. Flexibility, patience and a sense of humor are key elements to a great volunteer experience.
