Overall Refund Policy

Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis generally does not grant refunds, but we value your support and want to keep you involved in our vital mission, therefore we would welcome feedback on how to better serve the needs and interests of our donors and special-event attendees.

Consideration will be given on an individual case by case basis by request. If you wish to have your donation returned, please send a written letter of your request to:

In the letter please provide the following information:

1. Your full name, address information
2. Amount of donation
3. Date of donation
4. Description of donation type (Check, Credit Card)
5. A phone number where you can be reached
6. Reason for your refund request
