Events & Fundraisers

Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis welcomes the opportunity to partner with corporations and organizations in a variety of ways. Many organizations help us in the important work that we do by hosting Benefit Events. Benefit Events are events that organizations plan and coordinate on their own, but the net proceeds - or a portion of the proceeds - is donated to Habitat.

In exchange, here are some of the ways we typically support the event:

  • Advertising it on the Benefits page of our website
  • Promoting the event in our Habitat Happenings emails
  • Promoting the event through our social media
  • Inviting our board, staff, volunteers, and supporters to attend

Some of the events that we have seen in the past have been:

  • Dress-down Fridays
  • Benefit concerts
  • Cross-country bike rides
  • Walks
  • Runs
  • Food sales (baked goods, BBQ, etc)
  • Product sales, such as Avon, Pampered Chef, Party Lite
  • Wine tastings
  • Corporate golf tournaments
  • Birthday parties
  • Retail or restaurant grand openings and anniversaries
