The ReStore will provide a suggested monetary donation to the donor after a walkthrough assessment of the property and prior to the beginning of deconstruction. This donation assists the ReStore in covering the costs of tools, staff, and transportation for the deconstruction process. Typically, the suggested donation begins at $250 and may be adjusted depending on the items to be removed, travel distance from our warehouse to the location, and the need for special tools and safety equipment. The donor is not required to provide this donation to the ReStore, but the additional funds ensure that we can keep this program beneficial to Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis and the metropolitan community.
