The purpose of this list is to provide a general outline for items we do not accept; however, it is not complete. We encourage you to call us at 314-531-4155 with any questions regarding your donation.

The ReStore is unable to accept items that are not building or remodeling supplies (clothing, household goods, hand-held appliances) and the following list of additional items.

• Appliances older than TEN (10) years
• Cast iron sinks or tubs (unless claw foot)
• Countertops longer than 8'
• Commercial Doors
• Cubicles
• Electronics (ie TV, computer, fax machine, etc)
• Fabric, including curtains
• Hazardous materials, including expired chemicals and unmarked containers
• Hollow core slab doors
• Lumber less than 4ft long or warped/damaged/with nails
• Mattresses
• Metal blinds
• Mirrors without frames
• Paint – less than ¾ Full
• Shower doors
• Single pane windows
• Single inserts for storm windows
• Cultured marble tops without matching vanity or base
• Toilets that are not low flow (over 1.6 gallons per flush)
• Unframed mirrors and glass
• Used carpet
• Wood or aluminum framed windows
