HFHSL & AmeriCorps are working together!

AmeriCorps is a national service program that provides thousands of Americans of all ages and backgrounds an opportunity to meet critical community needs. Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis (HFHSL) provides opportunities for service-minded individuals to help our affiliate build capacity by serving with AmeriCorps National Direct and AmeriCorps VISTA.

Engaging communities, building capacity through a second ReStore, forming a gifts in-kind program, scheduling volunteers and much more, give AmeriCorps members the opportunity to do direct or indirect service with HFHSL.

The HFHSL AmeriCorps program is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. Nationals, or lawful permanent residents ages 18 and older who have a high school diploma or a Certificate of General Educational Development (GED). We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels to help us eliminate substandard housing.

Please Note: We will not be recruiting or placing any VISTA or State/National Direct members for the 2011-2012 project year.
