AmeriCorps is a national service program that provides thousands of Americans of all ages and backgrounds an opportunity to meet critical community needs. Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis (HFHSL) provides opportunities for service-minded individuals to help our affiliate build capacity and serve families with AmeriCorps National Direct and AmeriCorps VISTA.
The HFHSL AmeriCorps program is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. Nationals, or lawful permanent residents ages 18 and older who have a high school diploma or a Certificate of General Educational Development (GED). We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels to help us build homes, communities, and hope in St. Louis City and County.
We currently have an open position for an AmeriCorps National member to serve as a Construction Leader. You can learn more about the Construction Leader position by reading a detailed description (83KB PDF).
