Habitat non-sponsoring volunteer group opportunities are reserved for youth groups and non-profit organizations. Depending on the time of year, non-sponsoring volunteer groups can volunteer on the Build Site, in the Warehouse, or in the ReStore. Read below details on how to sign-up today.

How do I schedule a non-sponsoring group workday?

1. Read the Non-Sponsoring Group Q&As (126KB PDF) to get all of your questions answered.
2. Download a Non-Sponsoring Construction Scheduling Worksheet (155KB PDF) to schedule a group on the build site or warehouse.
3. Download a ReStore Group Scheduling Worksheet (107KB PDF) to schedule a group in the ReStore.
4. Review and read all the information
5. Fill out the worksheet in its entirety. Then email, fax, or mail it back to our offices.
6. Indicate preference (by 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice) for three dates that your group is available to work.
7. Return the worksheet promptly by email, fax, or mail it back to our offices, Attention Build Days.

8. You will be assigned a work date (as availability permits) and receive additional build information up to three weeks of Habitat receiving the worksheet. Remember we schedule on "first respond, first schedule basis."
9. If your group is CONFIRMED, we will email you other pertinent information about your workday. If your group workday choice is NOT available you will be given alternate dates to choose from if available.

Remember your day is NOT confirmed until you receive confirmation from Habitat.

PLEASE NOTE: We attempt to schedule all volunteer groups based on our current need and your group size. Your request for a build day does not guarantee you that opportunity. Non-sponsoring volunteer groups when possible will be granted one build day. If you are interested in multiple build days each year, please let us know and we can talk with you about our Build Sponsorships or Builders' Club opportunities.
