The Leading Edge committee was formed to promote interest in volunteers becoming involved as house leaders, crew leaders, task leaders, and site safety observers, and developing a process where this group would become self-sustaining. We hope to accomplish this by developing sub-committees to handle the following:

• Recruiting house leaders, crew leaders, task leaders, & site safety observers
• Coordinating the training of all construction leadership roles
• Supporting the processes that enable crew leaders to become house leaders
• Coordinating the training of home buyer family members in the construction process
• Maintaining the on-line construction manual
• Modifying processes to accommodate future growth of the capacity of the construction process
