Floyd Simms

As founder and President of Simms Building Group, Floyd is primarily responsible for executive oversight of all company projects and internal operations, Client/Owner Relationships, implementation of management systems and practices across assigned projects, being accountable for the satisfaction of clients, program safety, the financial performance of all projects, and the company’s business development.

Mr. Simms has a Bachelor’s of Science Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia and over two decades of industry experience that includes planning, design, and construction project management of numerous building structures, airfield projects, highway re-constructions, and various site-work projects.
