Sarah Roe Sise practices exclusively in the heavily regulated and constantly evolving field of employee benefits and executive compensation. She advises a wide range of clients, including closely-held companies, tax-exempt organizations, and public companies.
Sarah brings over 17 years of experience to Armstrong Teasdale and partners with clients to establish, design and implement qualified retirement plans, non-qualified arrangements, welfare and fringe benefit plans, and executive compensation programs. She also guides clients through plan audits and service provider changes.
She received her B.S. from Maryville University in 1994 in Actuarial Science and graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1997. Sarah is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008. Sarah and her husband, Dan, reside in the City of St. Louis with their three children.
