Not good at swinging a hammer? We all have different talents and interests and together, we can put them to use! For every hour a volunteer spends on site, there are approximately ten hours spent behind the scenes, volunteering in the office, ReStore, on committees, and at Special Events. It is this dedication and selflessness that truly drives our efforts, and none of that would be possible without our great volunteers.

Our Committees typically meet on weeknights at our Administrative Office (3830 South Grand Blvd) but check with the committee to be certain. Construction and Finance Committees need volunteers with relevant experience.

Family Services Committee

The Family Services Committee works directly with the Family Services Team to assure the homeownership program is both beneficial and successful. This committee reviews processed applications, conducts home visits, selects upcoming homeowners, and provides hands-on support to partner families throughout the construction and purchase process. Committee members provide guidance and encouragement to the applicants as they realize their dream of becoming successful homebuyers. The Family Services Committee meets once a month on the fourth Thursday at 6:00pm.
