Lance Cage is the Chief Operating Officer for AECOM’s 2500-person Buidlings + Places team in the Americas. Lance graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and Wheaton College with bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and liberal arts, respectively, and also received an MBA from the University of Dayton. After four years of military service as an Engineering Officer with the U.S. Army in Germany, Lance has worked for over 25 years in the design, construction and real estate development industries.
Lance is President of the Board of ACE Mentor of Greater St. Louis, which seeks to increase awareness of opportunities for women and minority high school students in the architecture, construction and engineering fields. He also mentors students at the Washington University School of Engineering. Lance is a past president of Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis’ Board of Directors.
Lance lives in the Central West End with his wife Diann and their two daughters, Audrey and Quinn.
