Andrew Nelch

Andrew was born and raised in Springfield, IL. His family was in the concrete ready-mix business, so he’s been around construction since he was born. He attended Bradley University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering. He moved to St. Louis after college for his first job with Tarlton Corporation as a project engineer in 2006 and now has been with Tarlton for over 20 years moving into the role of Vice President in 2026.
