Allie McFadden is a Senior Program Manager of Economic Mobility at Edward Jones. She is responsible for leading strategic philanthropy programs in a collective impact model that drive new assets into underserved communities. This includes national work focused on access to capital for small businesses, increasing emergency savings, reducing debt, workforce development and more. In her previous role she led the development and launch of multiple community engagement programs and supported disaster relief programming. Prior to work in corporate social responsibility, Allie worked as a UX Researcher covering banking, lending, asset movement, and investment products for multiple different financial institutions.
She has previously served in community leadership roles with the Young Friends of Sunnyhill, Inc. and St. Patrick’s Center. Outside of work, Allie loves to read, hike, and spend time with her husband Patrick and their lovable canine son, Teddy.
