Matt is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Twain Financial Partners. As COO, Matt drives Twain’s growth and daily operations. Previously, Matt oversaw all aspects of Twain’s commercial real estate and renewable energy investment activity and helped lead Twain’s capital raising efforts.
Prior to joining Twain, Matt spent nearly 8 years as a real estate and commercial finance attorney with Husch Blackwell LLP, representing developers, lenders, investors and non-profit organizations in residential and commercial transactions.
Matt received his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
He lives with his wife and two daughters in Webster Groves, MO.
