Nat Walsh – Alumni

Nat Walsh spent over three decades in the title insurance industry in the St. Louis metropolitan area.  Those years included directing the growth of US Title resulting in its sale to Coldwell Banker in 2001 as well as opening and the oversite of St. Louis Title, Security Title, Benchmark Title, and Accurate Disbursing culminating in their sale in 2022 to Fidelity National Title Insurance Co.

In addition, Nat co-founded McGowan & Walsh, LLC in 2004 as an historic renovation company focused on the revitalization of downtown St. Louis and Kansas City.  Since that time, his company completed the acquisition, financing, renovation, and the sale or leasing of more than 800 elegant residential loft units with congruent retail and office space.  The $175M portfolio totaled more than one million square feet in Missouri’s largest population centers.

Nat, originally from the Boston area, graduated from The University of Notre Dame in 1983 and St. Louis University School of Law in 1986.  He and his wife, Stacy, have two (2) children, both practicing attorneys in St. Louis.
