Parker is a tax credit and impact finance senior associate at Stinson LLP. In this role he represents investors, CDEs (Community Development Entities), and QALICBs (Qualified Active Low Income Community Businesses) in transactions involving NMTCs (New Markets Tax Credits) and HTCs (Historic Tax Credits) across the country, including several transactions involving other Habitat for Humanity affiliates. He also has experience representing investors and developers in renewable energy projects involving large solar and BESS (battery energy storage systems) developments.

Prior to joining Stinson LLP, Parker worked as an attorney at another large St. Louis law firm where he focused on commercial real estate purchase and sale and leasing transactions.

Parker received his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and his B.A. in History from Wake Forest University.

In addition to his work with Habitat for Humanity St. Louis, Parker serves as an executive on the young professionals board of The Little Bit Foundation. Parker lives with his wife in University City.
