Brandon put in the sweat equity work, made his downpayment, and now is FINALLY closing on his own home. Not only is homeownership a possibility because of his own hard work, but also because his mom Ramona is also a Habitat homebuyer. Ramona partnered with HFHSL in the early 2000’s to build and buy her home. She raised her four children in the Wellston area and now two of her children are Habitat homeowners. Generations of Habitat homeownership in one incredibly hardworking and dedicated family.
